Cave of Light

This is without a doubt one of the most difficult images I have ever shot and processed. In order to get this perspective, I had to down climb below this waterfall into the back end of this cave. The terrain was beyond slippery and treacherous.

As far as the processing is concerned, this is a blend of 5 images. Only two of them were separate exposures (one for the sky/exterior woods and one for the rocks in the bottom of the cave). There was so much spray and water on my lens on each shot, that it took me this many blends to put it together without water drops and lens flare. All in all, I think it was worth the effort.
