Looking Glass Falls, Pisgah National Forest, North Carolina.

I have been working very hard for the past 8 days down here in the southern Appalachian mountains, putting in 16 - 18 hour days in the field. For this image, I climbed into the cold creek below the falls and positioned the camera only 6 inches above the surface of the water. I then waited for over an hour before the light was right before I was able to get the shot.

I'm not entirely sure about the exposure on the falls here, looks a bit too long of an exposure. No real detail anymore, but it's a nice effect in the FG, and the compo is excellent. Did you try some quicker shutters, could do a blend for the falls :)
